How the system works.

Agencies and other data owners manage their data. OpenData MV checks each source and publishes approved releases. Everyone else can help by sharing a source, correction, or data request.

    Agency or data owner

    The organization creates an account. After verification, its team can maintain and submit its datasets.

    OpenData MV review

    We check the publisher, source, access, usage rights, and changes. Data owners cannot publish directly.

    Public catalog

    We publish the approved data with its source and status. Future updates go through the same review.
